U is for Unity

Hello readers! Here are a couple poems that may or may not start with the letter U:

Umbrella

All through yesterday
it's been sunny and cloudy
that evening it rained
and as night came, it poured
it poured through the night
and still is on this midweek morning.

If I were out besides seeing my own
and hearing of others
I'll see a rainbow of umbrellas.

Unity

I love communities
cuz it's mostly about unity
working together to host a dinner or multiple
working together to create a better environment
for themselves and their kids
working and praying together
you can feel the love just by being there.

Beautiful. Though if it would be raining in my backyard I would skip the umbrella. :)

You've created great imagery with few words. Very nice.
