Hello Poetteers,

You can find the origins of the idea here.

I just finished reading Snow Like Ashes. I will hopefully have a review up on Friday.

As for what I'm watching, still planner videos. I gave it a try.

Loving

I'm loving the feeling I get after publishing a new book! And the feeling of doing more with my poetry.

Listening to

The two songs that have been stuck in my head for days are Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift and Drag Me Down by One Direction.

Thinking about

The autumn weather. There are sweet things like the crunch and color of leaves, the crisp air, cuddles and hot drinks that I love about it. Yet in reality the cold in the air is draining me.

OctPoWriMo

I've been meaning to participate this year but I've only written in response to a couple prompts.

What matters most
is if I was brave
brave enough to face my fears
enough to know my fears is not something to hide behind
but something to push you to conquer and see more of what you love
to see you love so much more

What matters most
is if I was brave
brave enough to fight
for the freedom I deserve
for the happiness I deserve.

Thank you,

Fida

The Tortured Poets Analysis

Personal Interpretation of The Tortured Poets  Dear readers, I enjoy reading a song and analyzing the lyrics. I love being able to detect the story she's telling while also interpreting it. I develop my own personal connection. Here's a breakdown why some of the lyrics have become my favorite. no one here to blame, what about your quiet treason. the betrayal brought her depression and she’s attempting to move on but the forced energy isn’t healing. It's about struggling with a traumatic situation alone because no one noticed the changes in you. The narrator is envious of those living peaceful lives and frustrated that friends found better people to be with. I've seen this episode and still loved the show, I've read this one where you come undone, I chose this cyclone with you. Depending on the perspective you choose it's about the guilt and regret for getting in your own way or willing to stay with someone through their mental illness. The voices in his head cal...
