Hello Poetteers,
One way I gain inspiration is by being outside. You can walk barefoot on the grass, lay down, watch the clouds. All those cheesy and cliche things. They actually work. You are observing parts of the world you don't notice day by day because we are constantly busy. Seeing the beauty gets your mind wandering.
The sky is vast, the stars are making constellations. They seem more clear and bright. I was outside the other day after feeling tense and I started to notice it go away. It's unexplainable. The fresh air does something to you. What do you notice?
stay inspired,
Fida
