sleep in
be late

You realize
the urge to go

the hunger
for knowledge
to keep busy
to find what you love
do what you love

the hunger
keeps you up
keeps you from falling asleep
wakes you up
in the middle of the night
until you do what you need to do
until you do what you want to do

Or maybe
it's just thirst
wakes you up
in the middle of the night

Dry throat
makes you uncomfortable
until you do something for it

Honey
Lemon
Tea
Peppermint
helps the throat

Hot chocolate
helps to fall asleep.
